Cry Of The Broken… #Betrayal ‼️

Good morning,

I believe you have all been well. So I know it’s been about nearly 2 weeks 😳😳😳😳. I didn’t think I could do without writing to you for one day. But I desperately needed the rest ya’ll. The same person who told me to start this, also told me to rest. I always try to be obedient 🙏🙈.

So as I was about to sleep last night,  causally preaparing myself, then the Holy Spirit dropped it in my heart that there is someone whom is making a big mistake with their reactions/actions from being betrayed. I heard the words You need to tell them NOW!!!

(This means I might not be fully back to my writing duties).

2 Corinthians 1:5 For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ.

What is a BETRAYAL???

Well according to wiki, “Betrayal is the breaking or violation of a presumptive contract, trust, or confidence by that produces moral and psychological conflict within a relationship amongst individuals, between organizations or between individuals and organizations.”

You see the loosing of trust and confidence hurts because the one whom betrayed you is never an enemy or stranger, it is usually the one whom you love.

The worst type of betrayal usually happens between a married couple. It is nearly impossible to come back from a marriage that suffered an act of betrayal.

But you see, I believe it is either we decided to be honest with ourselves and totally agree to making it work or walk away and suffer the consequences.

Because if we are not honest with ourselves, betrayal doesn’t only leave us heart broken, but it leaves a permanent blemish on our souls. It takes us to a dark and dingy place, a place filled with pain and hurts.

You have to analysis yourself and see where you fell short and never let those things reapeat itself. The one who betrayed you is not the only one whom requires a change.

If you also get an opportunity to vent, take it and vent. Take time to be sure you still want in.

Even Jesus took time praying in accepting if he still wanted in on going on the cross.

Luke 22:41-42, And he was withdrawn from them about a stone’s cast, and kneeled down, and prayed, Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.

Though he felt betrayed by his own to die for sinners like you and I, he took it because he understood and valued the long term benefit of staying in. He had geniueinly forgiven knowing he would be betrayed.

I know it’s easier said than done, as long as the other party is also genuinely willing to work hard at it, we also have to try our hardest. As Christian’s we quote this verse all the time…

Matthew 19:26 But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

We must believe it and act upon it and believe we can be happy again in that relationship. It is hard to do anything on our own, but we must trust in the strength of God to help us. We can genuinely trust again and in deed “WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE”.

I just want to encourage somebody today, there is still time to save the situation. Don’t be afraid. God’s got you.

Philippians 4:13 I am able to do all things through Him who strengthens me.

Love always 😇🙏😘.

Good morning,

So as I woke up this morning asking God what to write about and also telling God I can’t think straight, I practically prayed all night and dozed off in between lol 🙈😂. I’ve got a lot on my mind which I will gladly share very soon, I heard the word rest.

Then as usual whenever I am thinking of something BDHM writes about it. I promise you I am not just making this up. It amazes me too. As I wanted to read the daily quiet time is see the title called Rest. 😳😊.

I guess it is a confirmation. And I am going to do just that.

Enjoy the read and if you don’t hear from me, I am very well,  I’m just resting. I will write whenever I can but for now, I am resting. God bless you all and I love you all. 😇🙏😘.

READ: Mark 6:7-13; 30-31

Isaiah 40:31, But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength… they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

The Bible says that Jesus Christ is the power and the wisdom of God.

1 Corinthians 1: 24, But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

Jesus Christ was not just powerful. When you become a Christian, Jesus comes to help you by being the power and the wisdom of God in your life. Christians become unbalanced when they just take the power of God and leave out the wisdom. You need both the power and the wisdom, if you want to make it in this life.

Medical science can transplant hearts today and solve many problems. Many children would be dead from various diseases like malaria, convulsions, and measles if there were no medicines.

God has given us the wisdom to think and to have common sense. One time, Jesus told His disciples to go aside and rest awhile. He told them to rest. That is wisdom.

Why did Jesus tell His disciples to rest? There are many diseases that come from not resting. My wife is always suggesting that I rest. It is common sense to rest when you need to. Jesus ministered to the sick but He did sensible and practical things too.

When I Was A Child

Good morning,

It is an uncertainty or anxiety about oneself; lack of confidence.

I was having a conversation yesterday with two of my girlies. As we spoke I heard the Holy Spirit say that “did you know that insecurities doesn’t just start from adulthood, it started from childhood.”
(I know you would say dah!)

“What is making it grow into adulthood, is the inability to stop it in its tracks.”

“These insecurities caused you to make wrong choices when you were dating the wrong men.”

“It caused you to choose the wrong friends.”

“It caused the lack of confidence in yourself.”

“Insecurity makes you feel unworthy and unwanted.”

Then He reminder me of when I was a child in year 8,(in secondary school), I used to flick my Afro like a little Caucasian or Asian girl would. Well you can’t blame me, they were the only friends I had at the time and I wanted to be and look like them.

I thought I had to have long hair to be beautiful and fit in, and because I thought it was a cute thing to do. Though I didn’t have long hair and there wasn’t much I was flicking away from my face, I did it to feel among.

This meant, I was not secure in myself, in my Afro hair. My mum and grandma would tell me off and laugh at me for my silliness. My mum will tell me “you are  Afro/Caribbean, love yourself and stop trying to be like others.”

I did stop and started embracing my Afro/self.

It’s is vital as an up coming parent to identify these things in our children, speak to them and correct them. If they are not corrected it will enter into their adulthood and become bigger demons.

We can be the cause of our children’s insecurities. I once read…

“The critical inner voice is formed out of painful early life experiences in which we witnessed or experienced hurtful attitudes toward us or those close to us. As we grow up, we unconsciously adopt and integrate this pattern of destructive thoughts toward ourselves and others.

A childhood insecurity can vary from 0-10, depending on the child’s temperament. As parents we have to help our children and give them a sense of security and confidence that they can hold on to as they grow into adult life, full of joy and happiness.

We have to set an example, don’t throw away anything they say. Make time to talk to them, set an example by showing them unconditional love. Make them know that they can come and talk to you anytime.

Overcoming insecurities as an adult starts from childhood. Let’s help our children to grow into confident and strong men and women.

As an adult if you feel insecure, go back to your childhood, look back and track back to when you noticed why and how you started feeling insecure.

Meet with a leader in your church, or speak to someone to help you. Most importantly go on your knees and pray to God to strengthen you and to overshadow you with His love.

Philippians 4:6-7

6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Let us help ourselves and our children to put away childish things.

God bless and have a beautiful day 😇🙏😘

Yours truly and always,

There Is A Miracle With Your Name On It 🕊

Good morning,

Psalm 77:14, You are the God who works wonders; you have made known your might among the peoples.

So sometime last week during the offering time, as I was praying over the offering, the Lord put in my heart that somebody will receive help to pay off some debts. Now obviously I was not receiving it for myself I just thought I was giving a word to somebody in the congregation.

Fast forward Monday night,as my husband and I where about to go to bed, we were listening to music videos and Tasha Cobbs came on with the song Break Every Chain

Break Every Chain by Tasha Cobbs
As I listened, I remembered so many testimonies so many people had given in church about how God came through, like unexpected money and so on. You know when people come and testify and you just never have anything to say.

As some of you know my husband is a pastor and I mightly assist him in church also. So praying, fasting and knowing the scriptures to use is not alien. I mean I do regular quiet time, I never miss church so why the delay.

If you like sleep in the church every night, you can be the head of the church and do everything right, but you also still need to wait in line for your miracle. (That’s a lesson learnt)

As my husband went up to bed I decided to stay back and pray, then another song came up “Put A Praise On It”

Put A Praise On It by Tasha Cobbs

I started telling God indeed there is a miracle in with my name on it and I prayed for a moment and I just suddenly stoppped and just kept watching to the music video. By yesterday evening I got a phone call, someone was offering me help towards what I needed help with and I just could not believe what I was hearing.

I was extremely overwhelmed and also shocked for what the Lord has done.

Then I said to God really??? And he said “yes there are times I move immediately and there are times you need to wait”

Sometimes our miracles come immediately and other times it delays. But there is always a reason why you have to wait another day, because there was a lesson to learn from the waiting period.

And if we are blessed to have the miracle answered immediately, then God must know and trust you with the miracle and that was why you received it there and then. It’s called grace and unmerited favour.

Ephesians 2:8, For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.

This is my testimony I just want encourage somebody out there that there is a miracle with your name on it and it is on it’s way.

Now let the rest of my miracles start trooping in, in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Matthew 19:26, Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Yours truly, and stay blessed 😇🙏😘💃😊

It Is Well…

Good morning,

Just to encourage someone this morning.

James 1:2-4 Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.

#Profess, #Provide and #Protect

Good morning, Most people don’t really know their job description or job roles in a relationship.  A man and a woman equally must be able to PROFESS, PROVIDE AND PROTECT. Profess: to declare or admit openly or freely to someone.  Provide: to give someone something that they need. Protect: to keep safe, toprovide someone with insurance. The ability… Continue reading #Profess, #Provide and #Protect
