The week is already at an end. Not so sorry to remind you, but are you living right according to the word of God and the convictions of the Holy Spirit.
That was just by the way….
1. To pause or wait in uncertainty.
To pause and wait in the uncertainty of life, of what tomorrow will bring.
While we sleep we wait in the uncertainly of if we will wake up the following morning.
But one thing we can wait for and we can be certain of is the word and promises of God
Hebrews 4:12, For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
2. To be slow to act, speak, or decide
To be slow to act, speak or decided can help to win a loosing battle.
Words are like eggs once broken, it can not be put back. So in time of anger withholding ones tongue will save the day and the ability to decide this makes us wiser.
James 1:19, This you know, my beloved brethren But everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger;
3. To be reluctant
To be reluctant and either save or break you.
When reluctant during a decision making period it can be a good or bad thing depending on the situation. Some issues require immediate response and being reluctant can cost you.
But there are some issues that require a step back, which will cause things to unfold and yield better results.
So when God is taking His time to bless you, he is certainly teaching you something, like humility, repentance etc.
2 Peter 3:9, The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.
In all we need. The ability to be Spirit filled, to be able to identify at which point we need to exercise all these meanings to Hesitating.
God bless you till we meet once again 😘🙏😇.
