Good morning.

Just a quick question for us to ponder on this morning.

Why do we always have to let God take us through trials, for us to remember him and become devoted to him.

With ladies He sometime uses heartbreaks.

With men it could be losing all you’ve worked for.

Keep your eyes on the author and the finisher of our faith and He will lift you up.

Hebrews 12:2, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

I Will Run To You by Hillsong

Have a great weekend and God bless 🙏😇.

Have you heard… #humility

Good morning.

Didn’t blog again yesterday, was just too tired and had to take a break. Christ is still on the throne and this is His message for you today.

Have you heard that statement……………. “What doesn’t kill you will make you stronger”

I think there is a negative and positive side to it. I was talking to a young lady recently and as she spoke I realised that, yes she’s saying…….

“What doesn’t kill me will make me stronger

“I have learnt now and I now know what to do.

This is the scenario, cutting it short…….
She was broken hearted and decides she’s not going to let any man walk over her anymore and she’s taking her life in her own hands.

But behind that voice I could here that she’s still going to be as head strong as ever and if such situations happens again she would even be worse than where she was and cause more damage.

She will most likely start to ooze a certain attitude and push the right person completely away. Or push away everyone not in a space of mind.

This is because in all her pain and suffering she didn’t learn to be humble. The situation has not humbled her, instead she has created and developed a certain mind set from it all.

As I tried to correct her mind set, and encouraged her not to think like she did, the more she fought it and stood on her grounds.

Humility goes a long way after going through a difficulty in life.

This scripture, I think finally made more sense to me more than ever.

Proverbs 18:12, Before a downfall the heart is haughty, but humility comes before honour.

It showed me immediately that she’s was actually not completely rid of all the pain and hurt. She also lacked wisdom.

Proverbs 19:20, Listen to advice and accept discipline, and at the end you will be counted among the wise.

Let us be careful after going through a heartbreak or issues in life. We must be cautious by being quick to say statements like this. We must mean it in a positive light.

Colossians 3:12, Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

Always check if you have learnt with all humility and wherther such things arises again or not, remember to pray that God will open the eyes of our understanding and the ability to descend the situation and the ability to overcome the situation.

In Jesus name. Amen. 😇🙏😊

Have a blessed day.

#Natural v #Supernatural

Good morning.

Another very important and powerful message I read this morning by BDHM. I need to pass it on for the spiritual minded or those interested in spiritual things.

by Dag Heward-Mills

READ: 1 Samuel 3:1-11,

And the child Samuel ministered unto the Lord before Eli. And the word of the Lord was precious in those days; there was no open vision. And it came to pass at that time, when Eli was lying down in his place, and his eyes began to wax dim so that he could not see, and ere the lamp of God went out in the temple of the Lord where the ark of God was, and Samuel was lying down to sleep, that the Lord called Samuel; and he answered, “Here am I.”

And he ran unto Eli and said, “Here am I, for thou called me.” And he said, “I called not; lie down again.” And he went and lay down. And the Lord called yet again, “Samuel.” And Samuel arose and went to Eli and said, “Here am I, for thou didst call me.” And he answered, “I called not, my son; lie down again.” Now Samuel did not yet know the Lord, neither was the word of the Lord yet revealed unto him.

And the Lord called Samuel again the third time. And he arose and went to Eli and said, “Here am I, for thou didst call me.” And Eli perceived that the Lord had called the child. Therefore Eli said unto Samuel, “Go, lie down; and it shall be, if He call thee, that thou shalt say, ‘Speak, Lord, for Thy servant heareth.’” So Samuel went and lay down in his place.

And the Lord came and stood, and called as at other times, “Samuel, Samuel.” Then Samuel answered, “Speak, for Thy servant heareth.” And the Lord said to Samuel, “Behold, I will do a thing in Israel at which both the ears of every one who heareth it shall tingle.

The supernatural is often mistaken for the natural. Because of that, the supernatural passes us by and we do not even realize it. Consider the call of the prophet Samuel.

One night as he slept, he heard a voice, which sounded so much like that of his senior pastor, Eli. Samuel heard this voice thrice and thought each time that it was a human voice. Could it be that the supernatural voice of God is so similar to the natural voice of man? It was the experienced prophet, Eli, who guided Samuel to receive the supernatural.

Some of the thoughts that flash through your mind are from God. They are the voice of God ministering direction to you. Jesus made it clear that the Holy Spirit would minister to Christians through their minds.

John 14:26,…the Holy Ghost… shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance…

The above scripture (John 14:26) explains that the Holy Spirit brings things to your mind. However, if your heart (thoughts and feelings) has become fat, stupid, dull and inattentive, you will never know when the Holy Spirit speaks to your mind. You will not know the difference between your own thoughts and those from the Holy Spirit.
Learn something right here! The supernatural is not always sensational, dramatic or spectacular. My experience with the supernatural is that God uses my organs of perception: of feeling, thinking, seeing and hearing. He will do the same for you. It may not be spectacular or thrilling, but it certainly is supernatural.

What a blessing and powerful revelation

Be blessed as you enter deeper into the understanding of supernatural and spiritual things. Amen 😇🙏😊

Self Destruct!

Good afternoon,

What a weekend! Thank God for his strength. I believe you all also had a good weekend!

My thoughts today, which I don’t know where I got his saying from but sometimes….

“We destroy the things that which we want to keep”.

Self destruct

* (of a thing) destroy itself by exploding or disintegrating automatically, having been preset to do so.

* the destruction or ruination of oneself or one’s life.

According to Wiki,

“In human context, self-destructive behavior is a widely used phrase that conceptualizes certain kinds of destructive acts as belonging to the self. It also has the property that it characterizes certain kinds of self-inflicted acts as destructive. The term comes from objective psychology, wherein all apparent self-inflicted harm or abuse toward oneself is treated as a collection of actions, and therefore as a pattern of behavior”.

Two Ways in which we self destruct.

1.) When we engage in worldly and sinful things, we lose the presence of God in our lives. Not having God’s presence means you lack protection, which will expose us to the wiles of the enemy.

Romans 1:28, And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

We don’t want to lose the presence of God, it is the most dangerous form of self destruction.

This is why when Jesus prayed in

Luke 22:42, Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.

It is important to know that letting God’s perfect will be done in our lives is critical to our existence and stability in life.

2.) Not being cautious of our actions towards others, can lead to self destruction.

This includes, not being cautions of our words. The inability to be cautious of our words can lead us to hurting people around us, which will cost us losing important relationships.

James 1:26, If anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this person’s religion is worthless.

These might have been someone who would have made a great impact into our lives or would have contributed greatly to our success or spiritual growth.

We have to be aware of not destroying our lives and our destiny with our own hands. But you see our God is still ever faithful. In His words He is still merciful to does who are repentant….

Psalm 34:21-22, Evil people self-destruct; those who hate the godly are punished. The Lord rescues his servants; all who take shelter in him escape punishment.

The ability to acquire wisdom is paramount to every area of our lives. That is why I can’t stop quoting this scripture to myself every time.

Proverbs 4:7-8, 7Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her.

I pray that we will cease from the act of self destruction and the good Lord will continue to order our steps in the mighty name of Jesus.

Have a blessed and fruitful week 😇🙏😘

Yours in the Lord,

Good morning.

I’m just going to leave this right here.

by Dag Heward-Mills

READ: 1 John 3:11-18

For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning: that we should love one another. Be not as Cain, who was of that wicked one and slew his brother. And why did he slay him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother’s righteous.

Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you. We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.

Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer, and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him. Hereby we perceive the love of God: because He laid down His life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

But whoso hath this world’s goods and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up the compassion of his heart from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him? My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue, but in deed and in truth.

A daughter of destiny will not quickly forget where she came from. She is prepared to help her father. Daughter, help your fathers in the natural! Daughter, help your spiritual father! Remember him and remember all that he has done for you. Don’t forget what he has done for you. Perhaps, you will never know the price he paid to care for you.
I am sometimes amazed that people, who have lived with others and at the expense of relatives all their lives, would not like to help anyone in later years. They close the doors to other needy people. They forget what someone did for them.
A virtuous woman has a kind heart. She is generous and helps many people, even those who do not deserve it (Proverbs 31:20). Perhaps you are the wife of some important personality today. Perhaps you are living in a rich western nation. Nothing happens by chance. Perhaps you are occupying a position in which you can employ many Christians. Please note that it is for a reason.
God is the one who established you wherever you are. He will come knocking at your door to ask you for your help. Will you help the cause of the Gospel when it is your turn to do so, or will you find an excuse?

Hebrews 13:16, But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

Have a blessed weekend and enjoy one of my favourite songs. 😘🙏😇

Broken Heart #brokenheart 💔

Good morning.

This popped in my head two nights ago that I needed to talk about broken hearts.

I saw an article about a lady with a broken heart and she went on and on and on lamenting. Then I started to think, what do we really mean or understand by our hearts being broken. What is most important during or after a broken heart??

Wiki’s definition of a broken heart

Heartbreak is a term used to describe crushing grief, anguish, and distress, often due to the pains and strains of love. The experience of heartbreak can be so intense that some scientists suggest it feels the same as physical pain.

But the good Lord promises……..

Psalm 34:18, The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.

The part I really want to talk about, without over lamenting is healing.

It is imperative to get healing, whether or not you are able to get closure.

The most important thing is to ask God for healing, because no matter what I list down, (they are just my own human thoughts), if God doesn’t heal you, it’s just a circle.

1.) Talk to your offender and if you don’t have such an opportunity, talk to someone.

2.) Do not suppress it and sweep it under the carpet.

3.) Keep talking about it, until you don’t end up crying each time.

4.) Face your offenders. (If you can)

5.) Genuinely forgive.

6.) Again keep praying, because only God can truly mend a broken heart anew.

Being broken hearted can send a person into a dysfunctional state or even death due to the betrayal of their loved ones. It can cause you to be unknowingly mentally unstable.

You lose trust and think everyone is out there to get you or laugh at you. The longer you stay angry, the more you are bound and invite all sorts of unwanted spirits into yourself.

I once had a broken heart, I was privileged to hear God speak to me and tell me “I AM ALL YOU NEED”. Immediately I knew no man or woman on this earth can satisfy me and will also betray me. Though I went through another heart break after that, it no longer had the same effect. I leaned on God and allowed him to heal me.

It is still never easy but the ability to Let Go and Let God is seriously real.

Isaiah 41:10, Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

I pray for every broken heart to be mended anew in the mighty name of Jesus. Receive healing of the heart in Jesus name. Be set free from the bondage of broken heartedness and any attached unwanted spirit in Jesus name. Amen.

Good morning.

Just a quick one this morning. I read this this morning and wanted to plant a seed in our minds.

BDHM says…” it has been noted that the greatest motivation for people in workplaces, is not money per se. A sense of self-worth and achievement is the highest motivation for workers. If someone does not feel important and appreciated, he often begins to look elsewhere”
So I ask myself a few questions…

1.) What motivation do give I to God to enable all my prayers to be answered. Not that he needs it?

2.) Do I really see God as important or my phone and other circular things?

3.) Do I always go when he sends me?

4.) How loyal am I really to God?

This part got me……If someone does not feel important and appreciated, he often begins to look elsewhere.

That is what happens when you don’t allow God to use you, he will find someone else.

Matthew 7:6, Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

May the good God always see us as being available. May He know that we indeed genuinely appreciate Him, so He can continually bless us and pour out His grace and mercies on us. Amen. 😇🙏

Okay I am done have a blessed day.
