Good morning,

Am so eager to tell you this…

So yesterday evening at our weekday service, my pastor was preaching on Steps To The Anointing by BDHM, Chapter 9. Skipping to the bit that hit me. BDHM wrote that β€œPersecution makes you either bitter or better. It brings out the best in you or the worst in you”.

Then I remembered a certain situation I went through some years back and while I was going through that particular persecution, on the fifth year, I remember God telling me…“I am using this persecution to prepare you”.

I didn’t understand nor see where or what God could have been talking about. But less than 3-6months later, (by this time I had accepted what God’s plan was), it started to unfold and is still unfolding.

I was initially bitter, guess lack of knowledge and understanding…

Hosea 4: 6, My people perish from a lack of knowledge.

But when you ask God to enlighten you, and open your eyes to see why you are going through the persecution, it will make the burden or cross easier to carry.

Another scripture BDHM mentioned is…

Deuteronomy 8:2, β€œAnd thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or not.

Even the Israelites had to go through persecutions in order to inherit the promise land.

My pastor went on to say, that the ability to remain humble while going through persecutions, is what will bring you out safely and into a greater calling and anointing.

What doesn’t break you, will make you stronger.

I pray for you today, that anyone or anything standing in your way, persecuting you, shall be removed and cast away in Jesus name.

You shall learn that which is the reason why you are going through this persecution,in Jesus name.

God shall give you the grace to endure the persecution, and the ability to believe it is a greater door and anointing awaiting you in Jesus name.

Be blessed and have a hopeful and merciful day.
