I really need to vent here. Am really tired of ladies complaining about their husbands or beloveds. It looks like we are in the age when women are freely and proudly exposing their cheating, battering husbands and so on.
What were you doing when you were courting? Pay attention!!!
This man is not going to change much. That can only happen if he really wants to change or if God permits.
Proverbs 21:1, The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.
These traits were there when you met him, maybe we were to desperate to want to keep him and get married. We overlooked the things we should have payed attention to. Or was to excited about the gifts and money he gave, it compensated for his bad traits.
You call him arrogant after 2 years of marriage, did you just notice? He has always been arrogant.
He beats you black and blue, but you ignored it when he used to grab you tighter than he should or shout at you over petty things while still courting. No woman deserves this treatment
He’s boring and not romantic, but because he was a good church boy you felt it suited you better.
He is a serial cheat or had a baby with another woman after 2weeks of getting married.
May these never be our portion in Jesus name…Amen.
If you are able to address it and get help at an early stage, do so NOW!
If you have noticed things you won’t be able to live with for the rest of your life, take to the heels now, order-wise take up your cross.
If you are in it, please pray hard so that the Lord can bring a change. Don’t be so quick to expose him to the whole world. Remember you shared vows, he is also the father of your children, if you have children.
If your beloved or husband is not saved at heart, not the type of as called saved we have now a days (lukewarm Christian’s), or doesn’t have someone he listens to, or he thinks he knows it all, then you are in trouble.
Jeremiah 17:9, The heart [unsaved spirit] is DECEITFUL above all things, and DESPERATELY WICKED: who can know it?
Some men are known to be great pretenders. Pray that God opens your eyes to see and descend the real traits of the man you are about to choose to head you for the rest of your life.
Ephesians 1:18, I pray the eyes of your understanding being enlightened;
I pray for those still in the search, may you never end up in the wrong hands. If you are also in a bad situation may the good Lord show you mercy, direct and enlighten you on what to do.
Be blessed and continue to pay attention!
